The participant certifies and agrees, by signing this entry form, that the carvings in the competition comply with and honour all terms and rules outlined now or hereafter adopted for the conduct of the Kawartha Carving Competition. The participant agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Kawartha Carving Competition, its officers, directors, and volunteers from any and all claims made as part of their participation and from any responsibility for loss, damage or breakage of carving exhibits.
